Welcome to eCoachableยฎ! Weโre committed to delivering high-quality learning and coaching experiences. If something doesnโt go as expected, hereโs how our refund process works:
๐ General Refund Guidelines
We offer refunds on eligible purchases within the timeframes below. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
๐ Courses (One-time Purchase)
- โ Full refund within 14 days if less than 20% of the course is completed.
- โ No refund after a certificate is issued.
๐ Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual)
- โ Cancel anytime.
- โ Refund within 7 days of initial charge or renewal.
- โ No refund for unused time beyond 7 days.
๐งโ๐ผ Coaching Sessions
- โ Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before the session.
- ๐ Reschedule allowed once if canceled within 48 hours.
- โ No refund for no-shows.
๐ฅ Digital Downloads (eBooks, Templates, Tools)
- โ Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- ๐ฌ Need help with your download? Contact us.
๐งโ๐ซ Live Cohorts & Events
- โ Full refund up to 7 days before the start date.
- ๐ May be eligible for a credit if canceled later.
- โ If Ecoachable cancels the event, you get a full refund or reschedule option.
๐ ๏ธ How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@ecochable.com with:
- Your name + email used to register
- Order number or receipt
- Course/session/download name
- Reason for the request
๐ซ Refund Abuse Disclaimer
To keep things fair for all learners:
- We may deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeat refunds, excessive content consumption).
- Refund policy does not apply to purchases made via third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, Udemy, etc.).
