Welcome to eCoachableยฎ! Weโ€™re committed to delivering high-quality learning and coaching experiences. If something doesnโ€™t go as expected, hereโ€™s how our refund process works:

๐Ÿ” General Refund Guidelines

We offer refunds on eligible purchases within the timeframes below. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

๐ŸŽ“ Courses (One-time Purchase)

  • โœ… Full refund within 14 days if less than 20% of the course is completed.
  • โŒ No refund after a certificate is issued.

๐Ÿ”„ Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual)

  • โœ… Cancel anytime.
  • โœ… Refund within 7 days of initial charge or renewal.
  • โŒ No refund for unused time beyond 7 days.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ผ Coaching Sessions

  • โœ… Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before the session.
  • ๐Ÿ” Reschedule allowed once if canceled within 48 hours.
  • โŒ No refund for no-shows.

๐Ÿ“ฅ Digital Downloads (eBooks, Templates, Tools)

  • โŒ Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Need help with your download? Contact us.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Live Cohorts & Events

  • โœ… Full refund up to 7 days before the start date.
  • ๐Ÿ” May be eligible for a credit if canceled later.
  • โœ… If Ecoachable cancels the event, you get a full refund or reschedule option.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@ecochable.com with:

  • Your name + email used to register
  • Order number or receipt
  • Course/session/download name
  • Reason for the request

๐Ÿšซ Refund Abuse Disclaimer

To keep things fair for all learners:

  • We may deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeat refunds, excessive content consumption).
  • Refund policy does not apply to purchases made via third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, Udemy, etc.).
