Refund Policy

Welcome to eCoachable®! We’re committed to delivering high-quality learning and coaching experiences. If something doesn’t go as expected, here’s how our refund process works:

🔁 General Refund Guidelines

We offer refunds on eligible purchases within the timeframes below. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

🎓 Courses (One-time Purchase)

  • ✅ Full refund within 14 days if less than 20% of the course is completed.
  • ❌ No refund after a certificate is issued.

🔄 Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual)

  • ✅ Cancel anytime.
  • ✅ Refund within 7 days of initial charge or renewal.
  • ❌ No refund for unused time beyond 7 days.

🧑‍💼 Coaching Sessions

  • ✅ Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before the session.
  • 🔁 Reschedule allowed once if canceled within 48 hours.
  • ❌ No refund for no-shows.

📥 Digital Downloads (eBooks, Templates, Tools)

  • Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • 💬 Need help with your download? Contact us.

🧑‍🏫 Live Cohorts & Events

  • ✅ Full refund up to 7 days before the start date.
  • 🔁 May be eligible for a credit if canceled later.
  • ✅ If Ecoachable cancels the event, you get a full refund or reschedule option.

🛠️ How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@ecochable.com with:

  • Your name + email used to register
  • Order number or receipt
  • Course/session/download name
  • Reason for the request

🚫 Refund Abuse Disclaimer

To keep things fair for all learners:

  • We may deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeat refunds, excessive content consumption).
  • Refund policy does not apply to purchases made via third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, Udemy, etc.).
